Nominations for this Year’s Annual Awards Released

We want to recognize Chamber members for the great work they have been doing so we have accepted nominations for 4 awards, Outstanding Citizen, Community Progress, Small Business of the Year, and Large Business of the Year. The nomination forms have all been submitted and below you will find your nominees for the 2012 Annual Awards.

AWARDS:
Outstanding Citizen of the Year- Tim Wagner, Bob Kline, and Eileen Chapman

Small Business of the Year- Allstate Insurance- Maureen Kocher, Walkers Jewelers, Westminster Place, and InnoTek Computer Consulting

Large Business of the Year- Press Enterprise Inc., Kawneer Company Inc. /Alcoa Foundation

Community Progress- Brady Insurance, Bloomsburg Hospital, Service 1st Federal Credit Union, Danville Child Development Center, Dunham’s Sports, Kawneer Company Inc. /Alcoa Foundation, Bloomsburg Fair Association, and Berwick Historical Society

This year’s Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner will be at the Rolling Pines Golf Course Thursday February 2nd, starting at 5:30 p.m. We will be celebrating outstanding member achievements, elect members to the Board of Directors, highlight Chamber activities of the past year, and preview the year ahead.
