Invest in a Child’s Future
For over 50 years, our nonprofit 501(c) 3 charitable early learning program has been more than just a place where children come to learn—it’s a community where young lives are nurtured, dreams take root, and futures are transformed. Every day, we witness the incredible potential of each child as they grow, explore, and discover the world around them. But none of this would be possible without the generous support of donors who share our vision of giving every child a strong foundation for success.
When you donate to our program, your tax-deductible gift invests in more than just early education. You’re helping to create a safe, loving environment where children from all backgrounds—regardless of their family’s income—can thrive. Your gift provides critical resources: skilled teachers, enriching curriculum, specialized therapies, nutritious meals, and safe, welcoming spaces. These elements are the building blocks that empower children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Together, we can continue this important work. Your donation helps shape bright beginnings, opens doors to opportunity, and plants the seeds for lifelong learning and success. In fact, according to DCDC’s most recent 990 (taxable year ending June 30, 2024), for every $1.00 donated to DCDC, $0.79 goes directly to the children in our childcare programming.
Join us in making a lasting difference—because every child deserves the chance to thrive.
Scholarship Fund
The DCDC Scholarship Fund helps families who cannot afford private tuition and may not qualify for other subsidies. It ensures access to high-quality care so parents can work or train, while children receive safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Scholarships also support children with special needs to thrive alongside peers.
Operating Fund
Donations to the Operating Fund help cover the gap between tuition fees and the true cost of high-quality early education. This fund supports fair pay for skilled educators and maintains DCDC’s high standards as a four-star accredited program, ensuring financial stability and excellence.
DCDC Endowment Fund
Established in 2004, the DCDC Endowment Fund provides long-term financial support, with principal managed by the Community Giving Foundation—Danville. Earnings from the fund will sustain DCDC programs for generations. Thanks to community donations and smart investing, the fund continues to grow. Consider contributing to secure a bright future for local children.
