EITC is a state program where businesses receive tax credits for donating to approved scholarship organizations like DCDC. Eligibility for these preschool scholarships is based on household income and family size, and funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Families earning less than $105,000 annually (plus $18,200 per dependent) may qualify for assistance with both full-day and part-day preschool options.
