DCDC is a subsidy accepting facility for those families who qualify for ELRC funding.

Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) funding helps eligible families cover the cost of childcare through Pennsylvania’s subsidized childcare program. At DCDC, we proudly partner with ELRC Region ___ to make quality early childhood education more accessible for working families.

To qualify, families must meet income and work or school requirements. If eligible, ELRC will pay a portion of your childcare costs directly to DCDC, while families are responsible for a weekly co-pay (based on income and household size) and a portion of overage fees from private pay costs to ELRC reimbursement rates. ELRC funding can be used for full-day, part-day, or school-age care, depending on your child’s needs and your family's schedule.
